Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 1 September 2026 · Advanced Artificial Solutions LLC

This policy covers the Advanced Artificial Solutions website, the customer portal, and any system AAS operates on your behalf. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

What you must not do

Other people's data

  • Attempt to access any account, project or file that is not yours.
  • Modify identifiers in a URL or request in order to reach another customer's records.
  • Share your credentials, or let someone else use your account.

The portal is built so that these attempts fail — authorisation is checked on the server for every request, and every refusal is logged with the account that made it. Repeated attempts will result in the account being suspended.

Security controls

  • Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of these systems without our prior written permission.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limiting or any other protective measure.
  • Do not upload or transmit malware, or anything designed to disrupt or gain unauthorised access.

Service integrity

  • Do not attempt to overload or degrade the service.
  • Do not scrape or harvest content or data automatically without permission.
  • Do not use the contact form for unsolicited commercial messages.

Content and conduct

  • Do not use these systems for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not submit content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

If you find a security problem

Please tell us. Report it privately to security@aasinnovation.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us reasonable time to fix it before discussing it publicly.

We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a genuine vulnerability in good faith, stays within the boundaries of their own account, does not access or modify other people's data, and does not degrade the service for others.

Systems we build for you

Once a system is deployed on your own infrastructure, you operate it and you are responsible for how it is used. Where we host or maintain something on your behalf, this policy applies to that system too.

Enforcement

Where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached we may suspend access, remove offending content, or terminate the account — proportionate to what happened, and with an explanation, except where telling you would compromise an investigation or we are legally prevented from doing so.

Questions

If you are unsure whether something is permitted, ask first: hello@aasinnovation.com.

Tell us what you are trying to fix

The first conversation is thirty minutes, free, and has no pitch in it. We will tell you whether we can help, roughly what it would cost, and if the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say that too.
